Qatar Airways changed the dates of flights I booked. This new date doesn't work for our family so we need to cancel & get a refund. Inconvenient, however not as much as trying to process a refund.
- On hold for hours...still no answer
- email contact form not working
- No option to cancel for refund on web or app.
Disgraceful customer service

Amazing airline! Had a delayed flight so they put me up in a nice hotel and made sure I was looked after unlike other airlines (emirates)

I am flying over 10 years with Qatar airways, everytime I met with nice staff but in this Covid situation I want to say a special thanks to Air Hostess Name *Zaina* she take cared of my daughter more done we do I was very happy that she was doing a great job.

Been flying 6 years with Qatar, but when Corona hit they advertised unlimited refunds and changes. In July when I was to have a flight, Qatar cancelled it themselves and I never got the refund. When I try to apply for refund via their links they just say it's not possible, when I contact customer support they point me to the refund link. Joke of a company and customer service is non-existent.

It's amazing experience

We booked 2 flights from LHR to Koh Samui yesterday and within 12 hours realised that there would be a quarantine, making the trip impossible. Called Qatar for a refund - they want to charge $355 cancellation fee EACH! It is staggering that in the time of a global pandemic , an airline is so heartless as to demand such a ridiculously high fee. Customer service member Reshma at the call centre in Ahmadabad rude and abusive. Refused to pass us through to their manager. No wonder they have 62% negative comments! AVOID THIS AIRLINE

It's a terrible airline. They provide false information without any evidence. I am continuously told over the phone that I need the medical certificate for Corona only in English as it is asked by the Government of Pakistan (GOP). There is no evidence of that. I checked the official websites of GOP for Corona as well contacted the Embassy, no evidence whatsoever. Qatar Airways do not provide anything in written about what information they are providing to their customers over the phone and there is no information about such things on their website either. Now they have put my phone number on screening, they put me on automatic tape for 20 minutes and they are not replying to my emails. I do not recomment their airline.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I HAVE BOOK A TICKET WITH A FLIGHT DATE OF MAY 2020 WITH QATAR AIRWAYS VIA TRAVELIS AGENCY. QATAR AIRWAYS CANCELLED MY FLIGHT BECAUSE OF PANDEMIC AND AUTOMATICALLY THEY CONVERT MY TICKET TO TRAVEL VOUCHER THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR. I WANT A REFUND NOT A VOUCHER. UNTIL NOW WAITING FOR THE REFUND FOR 6 MONTHS. I CALLED TRAVELIS MANY TIMES BUT THEY CANNOT REFUND BACK BEFORE QATAR AIRWAYS PAID THEM BACK. TO YOU ALL GUYS DONT BUY TICKETS WITH THEM. ????????????

Okay airport experience, not speavial here... same as emirates and ethihad. Okay food...,...

AWFUL CARRIER,, WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM, NO INTEREST IN RESOLVING!! I TRAVELLED FROM HEATHROW TO HONG KONG VIA DOHA.. ON THE SECOND LEG, I HAD SUBSTANTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY STOLEN OUT MY BAG.. (VERY WELL CONCEALED) ONCE CLEARED IMMIGRATION WAS IMMEDIATELY AWARE OF THIS.. WENT STRAIGHT TO HKIA POLICE STATION TO MAKE REPORT.. LOW AND BEHOLD, SAME TIME ANOTHER GUY CAME RUNNING IN SCREAMING,, ALSO HAS LARGE AMOUNT OF CASH STOLEN ON FLIGHT.. SIGNIFICANTLY MORE THAN MYSELF.. TURNS OUT, HE HAD SEAT IN FRONT OF ME.. QATAR STAFF AT HKIA, HAD NOT THE SLIGHTEST INTEREST IN THIS.. YOU COULD NOT MAKE IT UP.. HAD TO SLEEP ROUGH AT AIRPORT AS NOT A PENNY TO MY NAME.. ANY OTHER AIRLINE WOULD AT HAVE GONE OUT WAY TO HELP IN SUCH A DIRE SITUATION, FLY EMIRATES A LOT,, ALWAYS HELPFUL, CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE BRILLIANT... ON RETURN, CONTACTED QATER AIRLINES, BASICALLY DENIED ANYTHING COULD HAVE HAPPENED, THAT WAS END OF IT.. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL AIRLINE.. EMIRATES/ETIHAD SO MUCH BETTER. IF THERES A PROBLEM, YOU KNOW THEY GONNA BE THERE FOR YOU.. SAD SAME CANNOT BE SAID FOR SO CALLED 5 STAR QATAR AIRLINES.. NOTHING 5 STAR ABOUT IT AT ALL. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

It's sad Qatar Airways to advertise all awards winning every year but their customer service to be so inadequate and rude. I was planning to fly from Athens to South Korea but Qatar airways denied boarding because according to them I didn't have correct documents to fly. When I contacted Korea immigration office and local Embassy they confirmed me that my documents were fine and Qatar wrongly denied boarding. I submitted complain claim to airlines website, attached all emails and documents I had from Korean government but still they refused my clam without any reason and valid documentation. Poor quality and low grade service.

Excellent experience flying to Australia with Qatar, staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble would definitely recommend and use again!
